Skanska Promotes Maloblocki to Vice President for Skanska Integrated Solutions

OAKLAND, Calif. – Skanska USA, one of the world’s leading construction and development firms, announced it has promoted John Maloblocki to vice president & regional executive of Skanska Integrated Solutions, a division within Skanska that provides consulting, program/ project management and agency construction management services.

Based in Skanska’s Oakland office, Maloblocki will lead efforts to assist clients with design- and construction-related challenges that are outside customers’ typical relationships with general contractors. As an owner’s advocate, his team will provide a range of services that draw upon Skanska’s national and global abilities and resources.

Project and construction management agency services available to clients throughout the Bay Area and state will include pre-bond services, project scope definition, facilities assessments, budgeting, scheduling, master and implementation planning, BIM/laser scanning, asset management, life cycle cost analysis, strategic planning, staff augmentation.

Maloblocki has served in several roles in nearly 10 years with Skanska, including tenures as a project executive and business development director. He has successfully managed more than $1 billion in California capital projects and facilities programs, specializing in providing early phase advice and consultation to a variety of clients that help ensure seamless delivery of facilities and positive outcomes for their stakeholders.

Maloblocki has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Eastern Michigan University.
